HOW YOU CAN HELP
Reston Pride cannot exist without community support from businesses and individuals who share our values and goals of a more equitable pursuit of our most marginalized community members under the LGBTQIA+ family, particularly our BIPOC and transgender siblings.
By becoming a corporate sponsor, your brand plays a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of providing a safe and supportive space for everyone to express themselves and access educational and enjoyable opportunities at the festival.
The festival’s goals are to provide a safe space for everyone to be themselves, surrounded by support, and to provide fun and educational opportunities for all who wish to attend. To achieve these goals, we need your support!
Event Sponsor
1 Available
- Top name placement (This will get you billing as “2024 Reston Pride Festival, powered by [Your Business Name]” in all new advertisements for the festival once our partnership is finalized)
- A mention in all social media posts concerning the festival (except for the posts made on behalf of other sponsorship and vendor level agreements)
- Dedicated promotion of your brand in individual social media posts every other week leading up to the festival (in conjunction with your marketing team, which would provide you an opportunity to highlight your product)
- One dedicated email blast to our mailing list solely about your product in the months of May and June (plus one additional post-Festival promotional email to be mutually decided upon, if requested, for any time between July and December 2024)
- Business/cause name/logo on our 2024 Festival shirts
- Two large banners with your logo: one on the seawall on the lake and another at the entry of the festival
- Option for setup of a tent and table at the festival for an additional $100
- Option for five minutes of speaking time from a representative of your business/organization during the beginning of the festival
- Your business/organization will get hourly mentions from the main stage
Stage Sponsor

Community Ally

out the two weeks before the festival
Step & Repeat

- Table and tent space at entrance of the festival for both promotion of your brand as well as to help with the Step and Repeat photo booth (sponsor staffs this tent to provide maintenance of Festival-provided props for pictures, assistance with taking pictures for attendees, and the opportunity for sponsor to also provide branded items for pictures [suggestions include rainbow paper/cardboard fans with your logo and other sponsor provided branded props])
- One dedicated social media post to provide advertisement for your brand to be written in conjunction with your marketing team for posting in either May or June
- Three main stage mentions of your brand during the festival
- The option is to bring your own branded 10×10 pop up tent or use one of Reston Pride’s plain tents
Festival Grounds Beautification

- One dedicated social media advertisement post for your brand to be written in conjunction with your marketing team for posting in either May or June

- Option for in-kind donations in lieu of monetary donation (to be discussed
